Happy New Year!

The schedule for January/February is now posted on line.  You can get a hard copy at the studio.

There will be 3 Saturday classes the month of January.  The first of the Saturday classes has taken place - 8 were in attendance and I think all enjoyed the back bending. On the 21st we will be working on strengthening our abs.  Finally, on the 28th I will offer a class for the pure job of stretching.
Remember, these classes are not part of the regular session and are $10 per class when you come.

Weather policy:  If there is bad weather, the studio isn't closed.  The only reason for a studio closure would be if there is no power.  The decision to drive in bad weather is completely up to you - you can make up any missed classes during the regular session.

There is great attention to precise alignment and safety during Hatha as well as chanting and Pranayama.
